Our CLO (Chief Legal Officer) Arielle S. Comer, a trusted Dallas Attorney, Realtor, adviser, and counselor. She is

dedicated to helping our clients minimize legal risks and maximize profits, and is committed to their success.

With her vast knowledge and expertise in Real Estate, Business Law, Trust and Estate Planning,


Prior to being CLO and establishing her own law firm, Arielle focused on litigation surrounding real estate, ad

valorem taxes, and property disputes. She represented commercial property owners at various stages of

litigation and evaluated breach of contract and bad faith claims.


Arielle earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies and Spanish from Furman University in South

Carolina before going on to receive her Juris Doctor from UNT Dallas College of Law. During her time in law

school, Arielle clerked for Judge Martin Hoffman of the 68th, served as Madam Chair of the Southwest Region of

the National Black Law Students Association, and won the Judges Gavel Moot Court competition her second

semester. She also served on the Board of Advocates, competed in several moot court competitions, and

received multiple CALI awards.


In addition to her legal career, Arielle is an avid traveler who has visited 29 countries and enjoys adrenaline

activities. She is a member of the Mac Taylor Inn of Court, the J.L. Turner Legal Association, and the Dallas

Association of Young Lawyers.
